We had the privilege of delivering a session at All Directions, a vibrant learning-skills provider in Dartford. Their inclusive and creative space supports adults and young people with learning disabilities.
Our laughter therapy session focused on connection, movement, and fun - using playful games and laughter-based exercises designed to lift mood, boost confidence, and encourage group bonding.
